This website and platform (the Site) is published and maintained by Arcadious Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202418068R), a company incorporated in Singapore (Arcadious, we, us, or our). You may contact us via email.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using this Site and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

In short: the Site is for personal, non-commercial use only.

This Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including text, images, audio, video, or software, for any business, commercial, or public purpose. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Arcadious grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any way.

2. Accounts

In short: you are responsible for your account and must be at least 13 years old to register.

To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately here if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

Arcadious reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, any unused Credits in your account are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

In short: subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime, and we don't offer refunds for partial periods.

Arcadious offers subscription plans that grant access to games and other features on the platform. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis and are stated in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Arcadious to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the platform until that date.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused Credits, or unused game access.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend your access until payment is received. We are not liable for any loss of access or data resulting from a failed payment.

4. Credits

In short: Credits are virtual currency used on the platform. They have no cash value.

Credits are a virtual currency issued by Arcadious for use on the platform to access games and content. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used outside the platform. Unused Credits expire if your account is closed or your subscription lapses, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Arcadious reserves the right to modify the value, availability, or terms of Credits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

In short: use the platform fairly and legally. Don't cheat, share accounts, or try to break things.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, DRM, or security features of the platform
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access, collect data from, or interact with the platform
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the platform

6. Intellectual Property

In short: we own the platform. The games belong to their respective rights holders. You're licensed to play them, not to own them.

All materials on this Site, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and the Arcadious name and branding, are the property of Arcadious Pte. Ltd. and are protected under Singapore copyright law, international conventions, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Games available on the platform are owned by their respective developers and publishers (Rights Holders). Arcadious operates under licence from these Rights Holders. Your access to a game grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to play that game for personal use only. You acquire no ownership rights in any game or its content by purchasing access or spending Credits.

If you download any content from this Site, you must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices. Any unauthorised use of platform content may violate copyright law, privacy law, and civil and criminal statutes.

7. Changes to the Site and These Terms

In short: we may update the platform or these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes.

Arcadious may add to, change, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also add, change, discontinue, or suspend any features, content, or services on the Site temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and without liability.

8. Indemnification

In short: if your actions cause us legal trouble, you're responsible for the costs.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcadious Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights. Arcadious reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at its own expense.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

In short: we provide the platform as-is. Our liability to you is limited.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcadious disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Arcadious does not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Site or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or (d) the content is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arcadious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Arcadious in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Cookies

In short: we use cookies for analytics and functionality. You can control this in your browser.

This Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyse usage, and deliver relevant content. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site; this may involve the transfer of data to Google servers outside Singapore. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this section. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of certain parts of the Site.

11. Privacy & Personal Data

In short: we take your privacy seriously and comply with Singapore's PDPA.

Arcadious is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its accompanying regulations and advisory guidelines.

We collect personal data, such as your name, email address, date of birth; and usage data for the purposes of providing and improving the platform, processing payments, communicating with you, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers) solely for the purpose of delivering our services, under contractual obligations consistent with the PDPA.

You have the right to access and correct your personal data held by us. To make a request, please contact us here. We will respond within 30 days.

12. Third Party Links

In short: we're not responsible for external sites we link to.

The Site may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Arcadious has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Visiting any linked site is entirely at your own risk.

13. General Provisions

In short: Singapore law governs these Terms. Any disputes must be brought within one year.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between Arcadious and you with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
